Refund and Returns Policy

At Aafia Dry Fruits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns

1. Eligibility: You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@aafiyadryfruits.in to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your package.
4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the status of your return as soon as the inspection is complete.

Refunds 

1. Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
2. Refund Amount: The refund amount will be for the cost of the returned item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees, shipping charges, or discounts applied to the original purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, gift cards, and personalized items, are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items

1. Reporting Damages: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging for assessment.
2. Replacement or Refund: Depending on the extent of damage or defect, we will offer a replacement item or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Cancellations

1. Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped. Contact us promptly to request a cancellation.
2. Refund for Cancellations: If your order is eligible for cancellation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
